Refund policy

Returns made simple so you can shop with confidence.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be unused and in their original condition
* Items must be returned in original packaging

Once your return is received and approved, we will immediately issue your store credit. Store credit does not expire.

Please note:

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
* Pre-caked skeins and sale items may be non-refundable (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
